Speed keys are used throughout the programme to access areas much faster than you can when using the mouse. When you get to know the speed keys this programme runs as fast as possible.

The most popular view is the 10 day view. This has been reduced in size to fit this page. It normally fits a 1024 x 768 pixel display.

Guest Accounts
Every guest automatically has three different areas to the their account.
(1) The accommodation area where the repeating daily room charges are shown.
(2) The Extras (Sundries) where all additional charges such as restaurant charges, rollaway beds, newspapers, taxis, tours etc are listed.
(3) The Telephone Account where all phone calls are listed along with all ADSL charges where you are using a linked ADSL costing engine such as from Webtraf or Netcomm.

Sites with linked POS systems will also have a Point of Sale Summary where all items are summarised by their ledger codes. The detail is held in the Sundries area.

Accounts may be paid by any method from Cash to Direct Debit to 3rd party debtors or travel agents where preset commissions may be involved.

Guests may also elect to take advantage of our inbuilt Xpress Checkout system that lets you automatically charge their credit card or charge to a pre-approved debtor account, automatically print or email their account and check them out. Xpress Checkout saves both you and the guest lots of time.

Group Bookings

Fiesta's Group Booking Manager lets you enter the first booking where you enter all of the detail. Then you tell the system how many rooms you require and decide whether you want to select the rooms or let Fiesta do it for you. If Fiesta is set to autoselect then it will cycle through the system looking at which rooms will fit and automatically assign the room to the booking until you reach the required number of rooms. When you receive the guest list you can easily enter the names of which guests for each room. On completion, if you are not happy with the selection, you can easily drag and drop the bookings on the reservation calendar.

Packages

Fiesta lets you setup any number of packages. On making the reservation you have the option of either selecting a room rate that has the package built in or selecting a suitable room rate and attaching a preset package. This will automatically deduct the value of the package from the room rate for internal purposes. At no time does the guest see the package components or how you are costing them. All they see is the total charge.

Housekeeping

Every guest reservation gives you the chance to vary the housekeeping services away from the preset schedule. On each guest reservation we have a button the will open up the schedule preset in the system for the guest where you can move room services forward or back to suit or remove them altogether. Fiesta's Housekeeping Manager is the most flexible on the market. Here is a typical schedule where the site has scheduled Daily Servicing and a linen change every 4th day. The option available on this screen let you move the Linen change from the Sunday to the Saturday or forward to Monday if you do not anticipate having housekeepers available on Sunday. When completed the 'x' can be changed to a 'Y' to show that the service has been completed. With Trust Accounting sites these schedules are charged against each unit owner and paid to management at the end of each month.
